Terms & Conditions:

1. Please inspect items carefully prior to purchase, to ensure you are entirely satisfied.
2. If an item is found to be defective once you have received the item, please contact, or return it to the shop within 7 days of purchase as a refund cannot be given after this time. Please provide original proof of purchase.
3. Refunds or exchanges are at the manager’s discretion.
4. If an item is not defective, we may be able to offer an exchange or gift voucher to the value of the goods if the item is returned to the shop within 7 days. Exchanges are at the manager’s discretion.
5. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a refund or exchange on earrings or re-sized rings.
6. Any concerns regarding repairs must be raised within 7 days of receipt.
7. Deposits are non-refundable, balance is to be paid within 2 months of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed with the manager.
